Ingredients
900g lean minced beef 1.25ml ground black pepper 57g cheddar cheese, cubed 30ml milk 29-44ml pickle relish 30ml mustard 44 ml ketchup 1green bell pepper, chopped 1small onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves, put through press 8 sandwich buns lettuce (optional) tomatoes (optional) Method
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with green pepper, onion and black pepper until beef is cooked through. Drain off excess fat and transfer beef to slow cooker/crockpot Add all other ingredients EXCEPT Burger buns, lettuce and tomato, cover and set to cook on low for 5 - 7 hours Serve on toasted burger buns with lettuce and tomato or as you wish
