Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted peanut butter 1 cup coconut oil 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 2 teaspoons sweetener Optional: pinch of salt if your peanut butter is unsalted Method
1) Slightly melt or soften the peanut butter and coconut oil together in the microwave or on the stove. 2) Add this to your blender and rest of the ingredients. 3) Blend until combined. 4) Pour into a parchment lined loaf tin. 5) Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted. 2 tablespoons sweetener Whisk ingredients together and drizzle over fudge after it’s set. Serves 12. Best kept refrigerated. Recipe from Canderel FB page

Having made this today I can confirm it is quite tasty, but not like traditional fudge (as I know it). I forgot to top it with the chocolate sauce, which would have made it even better
