Quick and EasyIngredients (all per 2- 4 person depending on appetite)1 pack of pre-cooked white rice (cold) 1 Medium can of drained tuna (flaked) 4 spring onions (finely chopped) 10 cherry tomatoes (Washed, dried and cut in half) 1/2 Cucumber (finely chopped) 1 small tin of sweetcorn (rinsed and drained) 4 -6 25g bags of ready salted crisps (Crushed to tiny bits) Method1. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together. Serve within half an hour (so crisps do not get soggy, or if pre-made leave crisps out and sprinkle on top when you serve)
