Chuckwagon Soup
2 pounds lean ground chuck Sweet onion chopped
Slice up Small bag of carrots 1-2 potatoes 1 stalk celery
1/2 bag or more frozen corn 1/2 bag or more frozen sweet peas 2 small cans chopped tomatoes
2 - 32 ounce cartons beef broths 1 - 32 ounce carton vegetable broth 1 Tbsp worshchire sauce 1 bay leaf Salt & Pepper
Brown ground beef with onion. Salt and pepper. I like to really brown the ground chuck. Drain well. Put drained beef back into pot.
Add veggies & tomatoes. Stir until mixed. Add broths until meat and veggies are well covered. Add bay leaf. Season to your liking with salt & pepper and worshchire sauce.
Bring to a boil and simmer until veggies are cooked through...about 45 minutes to an hour. Remove bay leaf.
Serve with homemade biscuits or crackers.
Hope you like as much as I do

Thanks for sharing Deb! In all my years I have never used a bay leaf, my mum always used to use them in stews and things
