Especially when they look so good and tempting. I have to go into hospital again this week, not for laser treatment this time but eye surgery, injections into the eye its self, they will sedate me, I wish I could be knocked out properly.

Yes, I wish they would. They say I'll need surgery for cataracts one of these days and I don't fancy being awake for it, either.

Really Mark? They told me a few years ago I had early retinopathy and cataract. However, this years eye scan told me my eyes were all clear of retinopathy

You have a good report, that's good to hear, Dave. My baby sister went blind from retinitis pigmentosa.

Kleptomania is a terrible thing, but at least you can take something for it.

Try some hot soup, lots of liquids and plenty of bed rest.

Tuesday went well as far as I know, the only thing I have still are the black spiders legs hanging down over the eye but it is hoped that they will go. It was my hearing yesterday and tomorrow I am at Harefield hospital for the heart.

Truly sorry that I haven't been around but we have been away in Lincolnshire. Bit of good news though, I was in Harefield hospital as we were going away and the new tablet that has so many side effects is working. My ICD is now working at 03.5% and the heart is healing a bit. The doctor said she could see a difference in me when she told me. and on holiday we saw a lady that we saw a month ago and she commented on the fact I looked so much better also my physio this morning said the same thing. He said last month I looked pasty and really down so things must have changed.
